Sam had nothing to do that day, he had no lesson at the academy and he was bored to hell, so he decided to head out to the parks, well if I am truly bored, I could always go break the law. Sam then started walking to the park and decided to have some fun by scaring some poor sap on his way to the park with a false gun, he even knew that if the police decided to do anything, it would be their ass on a platter and not his. Sam then approached a 20 something year old person and pointed the gun at him, and demanded that he get on his knees and beg for his life, as soon as he did, he fired the gun, and said "Loser, get lost." but little did Sam know that someone had saw him do that and was not about to let him get away with it even with his diplomatic immunity.
